Some users have seen issues with getting Flash videos to play correctly in Internet Explorer 7. To fix this issue, follow the directions below.
  1. Close all open programs. This step is important because other programs may be using Flash Player, and if they are, the uninstaller will not work.
  2. Run the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller.
  3. Reboot your computer and clear your browser cache.
  4. Reinstall your Flash player.
