The Rater Quick OER Edition version 2.0, scheduled for release September 1st, 2007 has been released early. This program has been built from the ground up and contains the latest information on the new Officer Evaluation Reports. We have designed the program using the K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid) methodology and have provided extensive examples and guidance on the different sections of each form.
The program is broken down into three sections:

Each section contains the forms, examples, and guidance for each particular user. In addition, we have also included a handy OER Tracker and Carreer Planner.
