AAM 1 Year, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
I need to write up an AAM for my soldiers. We are telecom. We install and maintain the phone system. We just had a new communications building built. Due to budget constraints; they had us paint this 5000 sq ft bldg, including epoxy paint on the shower walls. We also built walls for 3 offices and dry walled them. We still have the flooring to do. We are fortunate enough to have a soldier good at this type work, but we are not professional painters or construction workers.
This is a very big undertaking. I want to put my soldiers in for an AAM, but I need help on the wording.

Some things to think about to get you started. Remember, to have a AAM approved you need at least two quantifiable bullets.

How many soldiers are you talking about? Did any of them take charge of soldiers to complete specific areas? Did any of them use special skills that they may have learned as a civilian? Was the detail completed quicker than civilian contractors could have done it, due to high soldier morale and mitivation?
