Due to policy changes with our payment processor we are being forced to change our software delivery method and pricing structure to comply with their fraud protection policy.  This policy will go into effect on October 1st, 2007 and will be as follows:

• All software products will be delivered via online download with a backup CD.
• CD’s will be sent with signature confirmation or return receipt of merchandise via the United States Postal Service.
• “Download Insurance” is now included in the price of all software products.
• There will no longer be a time limit to download software.
• Software can be downloaded up to five (5) times.  After 5 download attempts the link will expire and must be reset by ACO.
• ** The “Download Only” option will no longer be available.

The new policy is necessary for the protection of our company and our customers against fraud and internet piracy. In addition, this new policy will allow us to provide you with a better quality product, faster service, and a safer, more streamlined delivery method. The new pricing structure will be as follows:

** We realize the "Download Only" option was very popular but this method is not covered under our fraud protection policy. We had hoped that we could have kept it because it was much less work for us as there was nothing to ship. In addition, our shipping costs have now tripled with the mandatory addition of signature confirmation and increasing labor costs so a small shipping charge will be added to each order.
