Put them on guard duty! Make them stand guard outside their room in full battle gear for a couple of hours each day for about a week. It cured my soldiers. Enter code here Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable

Roger! Ensure that the punishment fits the "crime". I've used the same tactic and it works. If it happens again, I suggest that you lock up your soldier's belongs in a supply room. Since they aren't worried about securing their room, they should try not having their items for a few days... no more than a week.
