Saving DA Form 4856 3 Months ago Karma: 1
I recently purchased your Counsel quick Vol. 1 and I love the program. I have written several counseling statements and have had trouble trying to save them on my computer. I save the form and after I log out then log back in, I can't seem to get it to pull back up. I was wondering if there was a special way that I needed to save my files. If I could get some help on saving my files, I would appreciate it. Other than that, I love this program. It makes my job of counseling my soldiers alot easier.

Try using Save As instead of Save. Your computer may be opening them in a temporary file and is saving them there as a default setting. By using Save As you will be prompted to choose where you want to save the document on your computer.

This way you can make folders to them in and organize your counselings any way you wish. For example: by Soldier, by Type, by Date... etc.

Save it in your pure edge file. From there you should be able to locate it.
