I'm currently working to be separated from my spouse legally within a couple months...Am i able to join the US Army without having to put her and her children information on my paperwork.

Since you are only separated from her you would still have to name her and her kids as your dependants on the application to join. If you get a divorce you would only have to put her info in the divorced ssection of the application. You can look it up in AR 601-210 under chapter 2 or 3.
