I have a soldier who hasn't passed APFT in >2 years. He's already under a bar and has now started consistently missing PT formations. He's been counseled repeatedly for missing PT and his work performance has recently started declining. I recommended he see behavioral health but he missed those appointments too. I think it might be time to recommend Article 15 but am unsure how to write it up. Can anyone help me?
