How Does it Work?

The Rater Quick - NCOER Edition installs to your computer (up to three) like most other programs. After your payment has been processed you will be automatically directed to the download area where you can download the installation program. You will also receive an email containing a link to download the installation program along with a license key necessary to install the software to your computers. After installation you would access the program from your Start menu or by shortcut icons that will be placed on your computers Desktop and Quick Launch toolbar during installation.

Updates: This software has the ability to check itself for any updates and will download and install them automatically. This means you will always have the latest version installed on your computer.
