Rater Quick OER 3.0 is now available. Version 3.0 includes updated forms and a reinvented interface to improve your ease-of-use. Due to recent technical changes, the “Check for Updates” feature will not take your installation to the latest version. Why won’t My Notes save my changes in Counsel Quick?

To edit the My Notes you must have administrator privileges on the computer you are using.

If you are using Windows XP you must be logged into Windows with an Administrator user account.

If you are running Windows Vista/7, you can simply right-click the program and click “Run as Administrator” every time you run the program.

To set the program to always run as an administrator:

Right-click the program icon and choose “Properties“.
Go to the “Compatibility” tab.
Under “Privilege Level” click “Run this program as an administrator”.
Apply the settings and close the dialog

Your program should now always run as an administrator.

Why can’t I edit records for the Counseling Tracker in Counsel Quick?

Award Quick Update

Award Quick has been updated to version 1.1.4.0. This update adds eight new examples of Bronze Star narratives. New narratives include three new company commander examples along with examples for: 1SG, PLT SGT, S1 NCOIC, S3 Ops SGM, and S4 NCOIC.

Rater Quick NCOER Update

Rater Quick NCOER Edition has been updated to version 3.1.0.1. This update includes the latest (OCT 2011) versions of DA FORMs 2166-8 and 2166-8-1.
