Update: Rater Quick OER Edition

The Rater Quick OER Edition has been updated to version 2.1. This is a minor update where we fixed some bugs in the update program, added a menu for additional navigation and added a User's Guide. If you purchased the program at AAFES you will need to replace the update.dat file before you will be able to update your program to version 2.1. Click Here for instructions.
