Rater Quick OER Edition "Check For Update" Fix 5 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 2  
Since changing servers we came across an issue that we did not anticipate. The Check for Update data files in our software was pointing to the old server.

For the update program to work correctly you'll just need to replace a file.

Did you watch the video? It's probably your browser mis-interpreting it as a zip file and you have the trial version of WinZip which has expired and is what is asking for a password.

Look at the original post and watch the video... that will explain it.
