All ACO software is now available on GiPubs.com (including online downloads and additional license keys).

The reason for the change from our previous cart is to better serve you. GiPubs now has a more robust shopping cart, customer support system, and many other features that our current shopping cart could not offer. Support for our products will be available on both sites.

The Rater Quick OER Edition has been updated to version 2.1.  This is a minor update where we fixed some bugs in the update program, added a menu for additional navigation and added a User's Guide.

If you purchased the program at AAFES you will need to replace the update.dat file before you will be able to update your program to version 2.1.  Click Here for instructions.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Army News Service, March 27, 2008) -- Beginning April 1, the U.S.Army's Human Resources Command will require that all Officer Evaluation Reports and Noncommissioned Officer Evaluation Reports be electronically submitted using "My Forms" on Army Knowledge Online.

This is by far our best software yet and packed full of goodies!
Customers who recently purchased version 2.1 will receive the upgrade for free.

Since changing servers we came across an issue that we did not anticipate. The "Check for Update" data files in our software was pointing to the old server. For the update program to work correctly you'll just need to replace a file. We have posted the file that needs to be replaced along with instructions in the forum.
