Any and all products available via ArmyCounselingOnline.com either directly or via link or referral, are copyrighted works and are available for individual use only in accordance with the non-exclusive license to use as described herein. By purchasing a non-exclusive license to use any such product, as described herein, it is understood and agreed that such products shall not be duplicated or copied in any medium, re-sold or distributed to any other person or entity. It is specifically understood and agreed that any product available via ArmyCounselingOnline.com either directly or via link or referral, shall not be translated, modified, redrafted, republished, re-engineered, or in anyway used to create any similar of derivative product, unless such similar or derivative product is strictly for the individual use of the person or entity who purchased the original license to use.

Terms of Service

Return/Cancellation Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are solely under the discretion of Mentor Enterprises, Inc.

Shipping Policy: Backup CD’s are shipped within 7 days of date of purchase via USPS although most orders are shipped the next day. Incorrect address information may result in a delay of processing so please verify that address and contact information is accurate. All packages are sent with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers are available upon request. Send tracking number requests to our shipping department. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery to overseas APO addresses.

ACO update policy: All installable versions of our software possess the ability to check for updates via the internet and will automatically download and install the update should one be available. All others will receive an email with a link to download any updates when they becomes available. Updates are good for minor updates to the program and are done at the discretion of ACO.

Please do not confuse an update with an upgrade. An update would be going from version 1.1 to 1.2 whereas an upgrade would be going from version 1.2 to 2.0. Updates are always free whereas upgrades are not.

Limitation of Liability

Any and all products available via ArmyCounselingOnline.com either directly or via link or referral, are provided 'as is', in their current form, without any express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever including warranties of merchantability, against redhibitory defects, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
