It can be difficult creating a support. You may need assistance if you are new to the process or working in a new position or operating environment. Seek guidance from peers, senior leaders, and your rater and senior rater. This is one of the most important counseling tools you have at your disposal as it tells your rating chain how you are performing and what you have accomplished.
